Contemplation, Meditation And Beyond
Meditation is like doing a doctorate programme in spirituality. However, in today’s world everybody is advised to meditate. Whatever be our profession or vocation, if we go through some problem or face some challenge then the first thing we are advised is ‘Meditate’. If meditation, as advised by our ancient sages and saints or seers is that easy, then everybody should mediate. Is it that simple?

About the Speaker
Shri Jayashankar is a senior disciple of Swami Parthasarathy based in Hyderabad. He has dedicated over two decades for the study, research and propagation of Vedanta philosophy, the knowledge of life and living. He regularly conducts sessions on Vedanta for the public. He also conducts programmes for the youth and corporate.
